Mario Mannarino, B.A., LL.B. received his Law Degree from the University of Ottawa where he was on the Ottawa Law Review. He was called to the Ontario Bar on April 6, 1984.
Mr. Mannarino has been practising in the “litigation field” since 1984. He has appeared and argued at every level of the Ontario Courts, including various times in the Court of Appeal for Ontario, and the Ontario Divisional Court. He has appeared many times in the Federal Court of Canada acting as amicus curiae in citizenship cases. He also has reported and unreported Court Decisions. He has also appeared before Administrative Tribunals such as the Ontario Board of Examiners in Psychology. Mr. Mannarino’s Civil Litigation practice consists primarily of Personal Injury litigation, Insurance Litigation, Commercial Litigation, and Wrongful Dismissal claims.
Mr. Mannarino also practises Family Law and Divorce. He has appeared in various Courts dealing with Family Law Litigation, including the Court of Appeal for Ontario.
Mr. Mannarino has been a guest lecturer at the University of Ottawa (Common Law) and Carleton University. He is a member of The Advocates’ Society, and the County of Carleton Law Association.
